By accessing or using SANAM.at, operated by OK Production Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use SANAM.at only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the information you submit and for making sure your use does not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the platform.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials and contact details accurate and secure. We may use your provided contact details to send booking, account, support, and operational notices.

• Venue availability, pricing, rules, images, and descriptions may be provided by venue owners or operators.
• A booking is subject to the venue rules, cancellation policy, payment requirements, and confirmation process shown or communicated at the time of booking.
• We may update, cancel, or reject booking activity when needed to prevent misuse, resolve operational issues, or comply with legal requirements.

These terms also apply when you use Sanam through its ChatGPT plugin. You can use the plugin as a guest without a Sanam account. Provide an accurate guest name and the contact details required by the selected venue, and only provide personal information you are authorized to use.

• The initial supported business is Ski Addict in Thailand. Results cover the approved venues and activities returned by the service.
• Availability and prices may change. A prepared quote is not a reservation. Review the exact venue, resource, local date and time, price, guest details and payment terms before giving a separate confirmation to create the order. If the confirmation expires or you change the selection, prepare and review a new quote.
• Paid orders display the existing bank-transfer instructions and payment deadline. An order awaiting payment or manual review is not a paid or confirmed booking. Follow the venue instructions; the plugin does not verify a transfer or guarantee confirmation merely because you report making a payment.
• If a booking request has an uncertain outcome, contact Sanam support before trying to create a replacement booking.
• The plugin does not provide membership benefits or member pricing, account history, cancellation, refunds, card collection or transfer-slip verification. For changes, cancellation, payment questions or refunds, contact the venue or Sanam support. The applicable venue terms continue to govern those requests.

ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Review the Sanam privacy policy for how booking information is shared between ChatGPT, Sanam and the venue.

Venue owners and operators are responsible for keeping venue information, availability, pricing, facilities, and customer-facing policies accurate. They are also responsible for honoring confirmed bookings unless a valid operational or safety issue requires a change.

You must not use SANAM.at for unlawful activity, fraudulent bookings, harassment, scraping, attempts to bypass security, or activity that damages the service, users, venue owners, or third parties.

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of SANAM.at after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
